Help Your School

School Store offers benefits for everyone.

The benefits to schools are substantial:
 • We pay sales commissions on sales attributed to your school (see below for further details). School Store can become an important contributor to school, library, community or other fundraising.
 • School Store can offer students a convenient and cost effective means of obtaining their recommended reading lists and text books.
 • Schools that purchase for their own libraries and classrooms benefit twice – from the savings offered and then from the sales commission paid on their own purchase. That’s right; schools are paid sales commission on their own purchases!
 • Some might consider School Store to be more worthy than some activities traditionally associated with school fundraising, such as selling lollies. Encouraging readership and literacy has clear community benefits.

Students, parents, relatives, friends and neighbours – everyone – will find something they like in our great range at a great price, with all the convenience of home shopping and delivery. You can feel good about the fact that you are supporting your school’s fundraising. If you are not affiliated with a school that’s no problem – you can support one of four charities.

We’re in the business of supplying schools and libraries, so it suits us quite well too.

Memberships

Bronze Membership

All schools are automatically Bronze members. There are no fees, obligations or paperwork.

Bronze members earn a commission of half of the savings enjoyed by their related customers. School Store discounts are typically 10% but can be higher or lower. Accordingly, Bronze members typically earn commissions around 5%.

For example, if a customer buys a $30.00 item at $27.00, saving $3.00, the nominated school will earn $1.50 (all GST inclusive). A more precise calculation is that the school would earn $1.36 plus GST on a sale of $24.55 plus GST, which is a commission rate of 5.5%.

The maximum commission paid on items whilst on Special is 10%. There is no commission paid on items whilst they are Great Deals, on the Opening Specials, on items which are designated as Sets in Catalogues, or on items which do not show an amount saved at the time of purchase.

Schools will receive quarterly sales commissions on all sales invoices and credit notes attributed to them. The commission will be paid to their account with us and can be used for purchases (which will be eligible for further sales commissions on School Store purchases) or can be paid to them on request. Schools will be sent a quarterly notice of the commission earned, provided the total balance of credit available is greater than $10.00.

Please contact us if we have overlooked your school.
